Premium Guide

2026 Online Entries will close on July 3 for Departments 1-10, Sheep Lead Line and Fair Beautification entries.
Online entries for Departments 11-24 will close on July 22 unless otherwise noted in Premium Guide. You can still bring in items and enter in person until 7:00 pm on July 25! (Bring in florals and baked goods July 27 from 9-11 am.)
Those eligible to participate in 4-H Shooting Sports will be entered by Fair Staff after verified by Leaders.
4-H and FFA members must be "in good standing" in order to submit entries in Department 10. All members will be verified by the Extension Office and FFA Advisors.

There will be NO walkaround passes sold at the Livestock Office. Walkaround passes will be available at the Fair Office for $30, Monday-Friday beginning July 1 (closed on July 4) until Saturday July 25 at 4:30 p.m. or until sold out.
Jr Livestock Exhibitors must present their animal at the scales to be considered a bona fide exhibitor and become eligible to compete in showmanship unless otherwise specified in rules of individual species. If the exhibitor does not present an animal at the scales for weigh-in, the project is considered incomplete, and the exhibitor is not eligible for showmanship.
Please scroll down to the bottom of this page for important information!
Original health papers from your veterinarian are required at check-in for all animals.

They can be picked up at the Livestock Office/4-H Center for junior exhibitors and clubs, on Saturday from 2–9:30 pm and Sunday from 8:30 am–1 pm. (Note: these are not exhibit release times—ask staff if they have a check for you!) Please try to collect your check before leaving the fairgrounds. After Sunday, checks will only be available at the Fair Office and will not be mailed. Remember, they’re valid for just 90 days!
2. Departments 11-24 Exhibits may be removed at Jordan Hall from 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm and at the 4-H Center from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Saturday August 1 (please be aware that you will be charged admission if you arrive before the gate personnel are dismissed) and on Sunday, August 2 from 8:30 am - 1 pm. 4. Consignor (exhibitor) checks will be mailed as soon as all buyers have paid for their purchases from Jr Livestock Sale. The Fair Office does not issue the checks for the Livestock Sale! Please contact the sale committee if you have any questions.
Due to liability and safety concerns, dogs and other pets (emotional support and companion animals do not meet the definition of a service animal) are not allowed on the Fairgrounds. This includes camping areas! The exceptions are registered service animals; you must provide an official certificate and proof of rabies vaccination at Fair Office to be verified by Fair management.
