Entries can also be dropped off at Fair Office beginning July 19th.

Deadlines

Livestock, horse and pony entries due to the fair office on June 23, 2023 (No entries accepted after deadline!)
If entering both horse and livestock, please use separate entry forms - DO NOT include horses and livestock on same form!
Departments 11-24 are urged to pre-register by July 21, 2023, then your tags will be ready in advance.

Entry forms are in fillable pdf formats. Please read all directions and fill in completely. You may type in entries, "save as" a PDF file to your computer, email or print. Please sign where applicable and save a copy for your records. Please note! If you emailed entries in, you will receive a confirmation email within three days...please check your spam. If you do not receive this confirmation, we did not receive it.

Exhibitors not old enough to drive will receive a wrist band and 1 car and passenger pass per family.
Exhibitors who drive will only receive a wrist band.
Each additional exhibitor's pass will be $23.00 to be sold only for person assisting the exhibitor with animals. 4-H leaders must be registered in 4-H Zsuites for the current year and have completed all mandated trainings. Superintendents and their committee members must be updated and turned in to the Fair Office by April 1, 2023 to be eligible to receive a pass. No extra livestock helper passes will be sold after noon on Monday, July 24.

Premium Checks

1. No premium checks will be re-issued after 6 months from the close of the Fair.
2. Premium checks will be available at Livestock Office/4-H Center and Jordan Hall, Friday after 8 pm., Saturday, 8 am - 9 pm, and Sunday, - 9 am - 2 pm. (Note: These are NOT exhibit release times.) Please make every effort to pick up your check BEFORE you leave the fairgrounds. After Sunday, checks will be available at the Fair Office, they will NOT be mailed.
3. If you wish to have your premium check mailed, please provide a stamped self-address envelope. Give the envelope to the Junior Livestock office personnel, or Jordan Hall personnel.
4. Departments 11-24 Exhibits may be removed from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm Saturday July 29 and on Sunday, July 30 from 8 am - 2 pm. After August 1, exhibits may be picked up at the fair office.
5. Livestock is dismissed on Saturday at 2:00 pm. No exceptions!
6. Consignor (exhibitor) checks will be mailed as soon as all buyers have paid for their purchases from Jr Livestock Sale.
