Bedford Fair Volunteer:
We have a tight deadline on changes, additions and deletions, so we ask that any changes be turned in by April 1. Any changes turned in after April 1 will not be in the tabloid. Email changes to Barb Mearkle at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 814-585-0246 or drop off in mailbox outside office door by April 1. You may also include sponsor of awards in the tabloid at this time.
All volunteer livestock committee people listed in the tabloid may reserve their campsite at the dinner. Fees for committee people listed in tabloid is $30. Electric is an additional $60. Non-committee camping fee is $60 plus $60 for electric if needed. You must pay your campsite and electric if needed in full when you reserve your campsite at the dinner or call the 814-285-6072 or 814-623-9011. This privilege does not include reserving a site for a friend or non-committee person.
All banner money must be collected and turned into the fair office by April 1st. Arrangement for any trophies must be paid for by individual committees.
As we continue to watch expenses, please help by keeping judging expenses down and no class changes that involve extra costs. Please provide Peggy Zembower with the names, addresses, phone numbers and email address of your judges not later than June 1st, so passes may be mailed and hotel reservations, if needed, can be made. A signed Judges Form, provided in the judging book, must be signed by the judge and turned into fair office for payment.
Each department must have a telephone number of the Superintendent listed in the tabloid in case an exhibitor has questions when filling out entry forms.
