Special Notes: Pennsylvania Harness Racing Commission & The United States Trotting Association rules govern all events and procedures. Owners must completely and correctly fill out W-9 Form with a typed or printed owners address and the corresponding SSN# or EIN# to collect earnings.
Please be considerate and clean stalls before leaving grounds. Stall Manager Rick Clark will assign stalls based on previous years.
Directions: Fairgrounds located at 729 West Pitt St. From PA Turnpike Exit 146 Take Rt. 220 south to Bedford, then turn right on Rt. 30 west. Fairground is located 1 mile West of Town. Enter west gate marked Pit Road Entrance.
Conditions:
*Racing will be on Clay Track Surface, No Limestone Dust
*No racehorses on the fairgrounds before 8 am either day
*Racehorses removed from fairgrounds by 8 pm each day
*Owners must pay an entry fee upon arrival at the fairgrounds
