1. Any registered Bedford County 4-H Club or FFA Club is eligible to enter the contest. If you do not enter, you will not be eligible for ribbons and prize money. Exhibits must be registered under the Club or Chapter name, not a leader.
2. Exhibits shall be placed in the 4-H center on Friday, July 24, from 12 noon to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, July 25, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
3. Reference for judging exhibits: Penn State Extension Publication S273, Exhibits: Design and Production.
4. Exhibits are allotted a space 8' wide x 8' high by 8' deep.
5. Exhibits may be removed Saturday, August 1, 8:00-11:00 p.m. or Sunday, August 2, 8:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
6. Exhibits in each class should focus on the theme: "4-H Passion Sparks Opportunity".

(Clubs will receive payment directly from the 4-H Development Fund)
Winning exhibits may be entered in the Farm Show the following January, however, Farm Show exhibits are 3' high x 3' wide by 30" deep.
