In honor of Military Appreciation Day, there will be a Black Hawk flyover during the ceremony (weather permitting). It will land in the back parking area for visitors to check it out! The primary function of a Black Hawk is to carry troops and provide logistical support. Besides having the ability to perform medical evacuations, it may be configured to conduct special services, including search and rescue, command and control, armed escort, electronic warfare, and executive transport missions.
