1. See Exhibitor Rules and Policies, Department 11-24, specifically rule 905, 907, 909, 910 & 911.
2. Comb honey to be judged on perfection, in filling, capping, uniformity, neatness and cleanliness of section. Extracted honey to be judged on body, clarity and cleanliness.
3. Maple syrup to be judged on flavor, color, density and clarity. Sugar judged on flavor, texture and appearance.

08 HONEY PRODUCTS, COOKIES, drop, refrigerator, rolled or filled, bar or sheet - a display of 6 cookies on a sturdy plate, recipe must be included

Winners in Classes 06, 07, 08 and 09 will compete for Best of Show - rosette and $10

02 MAPLE SUGAR, 1 lb. cake
03 MAPLE SUGAR, soft, 1 lb.
04 MAPLE SUGAR, small individual cakes, not less than 1 lb.
05 MAPLE CREAM, 1 lb.
06 ANY BAKED GOOD OR CANDY MADE WITH MAPLE PRODUCTS, recipe must be included
Winners in Section 02 will compete for Best of Show - rosette and $10.00
